Long description:

The foundation of Nanocyl stems from the research work of Professor Janos B.Nagy of the University of Namur, and Professor Jean-Paul Pirard of the University of Liège. Today these researchers along with Nanocyl scientists and engineers continue to push the envelope in developing high-quality grades of carbon nanotubes for commercial applications and to support research activities.

The scope of Nanocyl’s current activities includes:

* Refinement of continuous-process industrial CNT production
* Improved methods for CNT dispersion in materials
* Global commercialization of CNTs in a variety of sectors
* Partnerships for the development and commercialisation of new products
* Research programs and technology transfer agreements with Universities
* Active participation in the European Union sixth framework programme

Nanocyl provides high-quality Carbon Nanotube (CNT) technologies which helps improve the properties of a plastic and composite applications. Plastic made with Nanocyl are being used mostly in critical applications because they provide higher cleanliness and electrical connectivity. And CNT is used to protect electronic parts like IC or Integrated Circuit.

The company continues to research and develop high quality of nanotubes. It is important for them to provide much trusted and high-quality nanotubes for commercial applications. Thus, until now they continue on improving the process on CNT production.
